An overdue task is a symptom. The cause may be an unclear handoff, missing authority, incomplete information or a dependency no one can see. Diagnosis looks across the company to understand the difference.
Roles, responsibilities, decision rights and the work that still depends on memory.
How requests, approvals and information move across departments, including work outside your software.
What your tools already do well, where connections break and which controls need definition.
What the engagement provides
The diagnosis stands on its own. You receive an assessment and roadmap you can use to decide the next step. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.
A clear account of the gaps, dependencies and recurring causes identified in the review.
The decisions, ownership and service standards that need attention first.
Recommended changes, sequencing and supporting systems, including where existing tools can do more.
Start with a conversation about where your company is relying on memory, delayed approvals, scattered tools or recurring escalation. If there is a fit, we begin with an operational diagnosis.
